Man Crush Monday: The Rock

In this Saturday, March 23, 2013 photo, Dwayne Johnson poses for a portrait at the Four Seasons in Los Angeles. The 40-year-old actor has become a savior of stale film series, injecting new life into “Fast Five,” “The Mummy Returns,” “Journey 2: The Mysterious Island” and now “G.I. Joe: Retaliation.” The former professional wrestler rocks bourgeoning and established franchises by joining them on the second or subsequent installment and boosting the property's box office. Many years ago when the Rock saturated my television every Monday night for Raw I would barley notice.

Not to say that I found him to be yucky, but I didn’t find him to be worth lusting over either.

It wasn’t until a shaved head, and shoulder tattoo later that the Rock would make it on my elite list of imaginary boyfriends.

This is one of those self explanatory Man Crush Mondays.

Look at this man…..

Lord Baby Jesus in the manger….

I can’t.

If you need some substance in your imaginary love affairs Dwayne Johnson doesn’t disappoint.

He is one of the only celebrity crushes I follow on social media.

He is always good for a laugh, and his persevering attitude is as inspiring as his hip bones.

His new HBO show Ballers is worth the thirty minutes. It is on Sundays at 10pm.

Something about the Rock in a suit reminds me to get my ass out of bed and  walk in circles until I have won or at least not been creamed in my Fitbit weekend warrior challenge.

This man has aged wonderfully.  If I liked wine I would compare him to it, but I am more of a cheese girl, and I am  not too sure how to use cheese in a sexy metaphor.

Have a Delicious Monday!
